We do everything we can to deliver a product that meets all your expectations. Nevertheless, we understand that sometimes you might have second thoughts. To make a return for a refund or an exchange, you’ll need to follow the instructions set out below.

How to return or exchange an item?
After you have received your order, you have 45 days to return it to Little Label. The articles and packaging must be complete, unused and undamaged. If this is not the case, Little Label will not accept the returned item(s). Note: The costs for returning the package are for your own account.

Return procedure
1. Register your return or exchange by sending an email to: order@littlelabel.nl, containing your order number, name, product (s) and the reason for return or exchange.

2. Always send the original packing slip. Do not forget this, otherwise we do not know who sent the return shipment and, as a consequence, we cannot process it. If you no longer have the packing slip, put a letter with your order number, name, address, and e-mail address in the box.

3. Send the package, preferably with a parcel service where you receive ‘proof of shipment’ and/or ‘Track & Trace number’. Make sure the package has sufficient postage.

4. If you have received incorrect or damaged items, needless to say the cost of returning the items is for Little Label. In this case you will receive return instructions by email with which the defects can be returned free of charge.

5. Exchange: We cannot automatically exchange items. Should you wish to exchange an item, please return the item, and then order the new article online. To avoid shipping costs, you will receive a code from us for free shipping. The purchase amount of the returned items will be refunded as soon as we have received the return shipment.

6. Return: The purchase amount of the returned items will be refunded to your account within 14 days after receipt of the returned items.
