Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you do not need an account to place an order. The advantage of having an account is that you can see any previous orders and that you do not need to enter your details every time you place an order.

What size should I order?
Our products have the same sizing as most other brands. So you can use the size you usually have. In case of doubt, consult our Size Guide. When you're in doubt choose a little bigger size.

What payment methods can I use to make my purchase?
Payments can be made using PayPal and Credit card.

How can I be sure that I have placed my order correctly?
Once the order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. In the email you will find an overview of your order, the order number and the order date. We notice that the order confirmation sometimes ends up in your spam folder. So please check your spam folder as well.

Can I add an item to my order if I have already placed it?
This is unfortunately not possible. After you have completed the order, it is prepared for shipment. If you wish to purchase another product you need to place a new order. Contact our customer service (bestel@littlelabel.nl), you will receive a code for free shipping so that you do not have to pay double shipping costs.

I have made a mistake in my order, now what?
Please contact our customer service. If it is too late to change the order, then you can place a return request to refund or exchange the products.

Shipping & Delivery


How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are shipped daily. If you have ordered before 10pm Monday to Friday, we will ship your order the same day. The estimated delivery time within Europe is 1 to 3 working days. Outside Europe delivery time is 3 to 7 working days

Who delivers my order?
The order is shipped and delivered by DHL. Orders that fit through the letterbox do not have a track & trace code and are delivered with Deutsche Post.

How much do I pay for shipping?
The costs for shipping within The Netherlands and Belgium are € 3,95 and for orders over € 60 we charge no shipping costs. For shipping to others countries outside The Netherlands and Belgium please find our shipping rates here.

Where is my order?
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with a track & trace code. Have you not received this code or are you unable to track your order? Please contact customer service. Please check your spam folder as well.

Exchanges & Returns


How do I return a product?
You can easily register a return here. Register your return and download the return label. Payment for the return label is easy in our online portal. Carefully pack the items you wish to return and take your package to a parcel point and keep your track & trace code.

What is the return period?
That is basically 60 days after purchase. If there are any reasons that this period has expired, please contact our client services department. They will work with you to find a suitable solution.

How do I exchange a product?
We cannot exchange your items automatically. You can return your ordered item (s) and re-order the desired item online. When going through the return process, you will receive a code with which no shipping costs will be charged when you place your new (exchange) order in our webshop.

Do you charge any fees for exchanges or returns?
You are responsible for the cost of shipping your return to our warehouse. We cover the cost of shipping of the new ordered (exchanged) products, if applicable. When going through the return process, you will receive a code with which no shipping costs will be charged when you place your new (exchange) order in our webshop.

When will I receive a refund after returning a product?
It can take up to 30 days for the funds to show in your account. If after 30 days you have not received a refund, please contact customer services.

I forgot my password, what should I do?
Click on 'sign in' at the top of the page. You can request a new password by clicking on forgot your password. Enter your email address and click on receive new password. You will then receive an email with a link to change your password.

How can I change my details, address, e-mail or password?
Log in with your email address and current password. This will bring you to your personal dashboard. Then click on account information or address book to change your details.

What is the applicable warranty period?
This depends on the age and care of the product. Please contact our client services department with any complaints. They will work with you to find a suitable solution.

I have received an incorrect item, now what?
Please contact our customer service stating the problem and your order number. Our customer service team will process your message and will work with you to find the best solution.

I received a discount code or gift card code, how do I use it?
On the checkout page you will find a text box for entering a gift card code (under the payment heading). Please enter the code here and click on activate.

Which washing instructions apply for Little Label products?
You’ll find the applicable washing instructions here.

How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
At the bottom of every newsletter you will find an unsubscribe link. Using this link you can unsubscribe yourself from the newsletter.

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift cards?
You can buy a nice giftbag in our webshop. Unfortunately we cannot wrap the gift for you. Currently it is not possible to add a personal text to your (gift)order.
